Attractive Studio Rental Rates

You can rent our photographic studio by the hour, half day or full day, or longer as needed. You can rent not only the space, but you can rent the studio with different photographic packages included as well. We are always interested in establishing ongoing studio rentals with our clients so you will find our prices very attractive, especially for repeat business.

Total rental time includes unloading, setup, shoot, knock down, cleanup, loading. Studio availability is subject to prior rental and bookings.

Studio Rental Discounts:

• Students – Students get all rates less 10%. Discount rate applies only to bona-fide students currently registered in Michigan Colleges studying a recognized photography or videography course.

• Repeat Customers – all repeat customers with accounts in good standing get the published rates less 10%.

Basic Studio Rental Equipment Included:

The following equipment is included at no charge with studio rental: Use of Bathroom, Kitchen, 3-foot ladder, electrical power, assorted clamps, baskets, 1 round-top stool and 1 posing table that is 4X4ft and 20 inches off the floor. Renter is responsible for damage to and/or loss of any and all Basic Equipment in the studio.

Studio for Rent

Our photographic studio is available to rent as follows

• Exclusive use of the complete space – shooting area and use of bathroom.

• Non-Exclusive usage of all studio shooting space.

• By the hour, half day, or full day. Longer periods are also available.

Studio Lighting and equipment for rent

Our photographic lighting and studio equipment is also available to rent. You can rent it all for a flat rate or you can rent individual items ala-carte. Our Studio and Lighting Equipment includes

• Alien-Bees Studio Flash System – 2 heads at 800 Watts each.

• Cybersync Trigger Transmitter, 2 - Cybersync Reciever Plus - CSR+, wireless trigger for flash system.  

• Large soft box.

• Large variety of light modifiers including umbrellas, beauty dishes, scrims, honeycombs, reflectors, etc.

• Light Stands, booms, background stands

• Background rolls and drapes

• Props, furniture, beds, baskets, wagons, posing chairs and tables
