Your
portraits will be ready for viewing approximately one to three
weeks following your session. At that time, you will be able to
view a gallery of all the portraits online. You are free to share
your gallery with friends and family while it is online. The online
gallery will remain online for a period of 14 Days. Once it is
removed, there is a fee of $25 if extended viewing is necessary.
Your online gallery will largely include color portraits but will
also include a sampling of black and white portraits as well as
some artistic and unique photographs to choose from. There will
be a minimum print order of $25.00 for each session. All ordered
specialty items do not count towards your minimum purchase amount.
All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. All
enlargements are printed on the highest quality papers by a professional
lab.
Usually
people have such a hard time choosing their favorites, and one
of the things that I hear most is, "how will I ever decide
which photos to order?". With these collections, the decision
making process is easier! You are sure to receive all of the best
portraits of your baby or child in the beautiful leather bound
portrait album. The album allows you to keep the best photos from
the session all in one place and makes a wonderful family heirloom
that will be passed down and treasured throughout the years. The
Mary Walraven Photography packages offer significant savings on
your portrait orders. All photographs, art prints, cards and albums
will be ready 6 to 10 weeks from the time of order. When your
order is in you will receive a phone call letting you know when
your order is complete. Please wait for your phone call!

On
the day of your session please allow at least two hours for your session
to be completed. We ask that only the parent(s) come to the session,
unless the other individuals are to be photographed that day also.
And please only bring the siblings that are to be photographed.
Quite
simply I would like to focus all of my attention on your child. With
limited space and time, distractions can limit the success of you
session. We also ask that you child has a meal as close to possible
to the session, hungry children make it difficult to get the best
results. We ask that you please honor this policy.
Rush
orders
Rush orders are available at a 50% price increase and must be
ordered at the time of you original print order.
Booking
Information
After booking your session, you will receive a packet of information
in the mail for you to look over and sign. These forms must be
completed prior to your session and can be brought with you the
day of your session or mailed in with you session fee. These will
include a modeling release allowing me to photograph and retain
all copyrights of the resulting images. All images and proofs
will remain the copyrighted property of Mary Walraven Photography
and are not for sale. All of the images are protected by Federal
Copyright laws and may not be reproduced, re-printed, scanned
or copied without my express written permission. Payments may
be made by cash, check or by credit card via Paypal. All session
fees are required to hold your scheduled date and must be paid
7 days prior to your session. Finished portraits must be paid
at the time of your order.

If your child is sick please call to reschedule your session and
I will do my best to reschedule your session as close to the original
time as possible.
When
planning for your session, clothing should be a top priority.
It is of extreme importance and should be considered and coordinated
carefully. Your clothing choices will be a big determining factor
in the final outcome of your portraits. Clothing can be of neutral
colors and have a timeless feel to them or you may wish to color
it up with cute trendy colorful outfits and knit hats and scarves.
Newborns and babies photograph best in their own skin. A simple
diaper cover or less will result in the best portrait of your
new baby. If more than one person will be included in the session,
clothing tones and styles should match. The main focus of the
portrait should be the person being photographed and not what
they are wearing.
No-Shows
If you can not make your appointment please call as soon as possible
to let me know. If you do not call to cancel or reschedule you
will need to pay 50% of your original session fee to reschedule.
While I will make every effort to ensure your complete happiness
and satisfaction with your portraits, due to the unique nature
of custom portraiture, all sales are final and there are absolutely
no refunds.
